I made this myself, compiling from few different sources. You can download and print in on A4 paper or card. Cut it into smaller pieces. Each pieces should be at the size of a name card.

Dinner with Friends Tonight

这两道菜都是我第一次弄的。

我对烤火龙果很满意，也很喜欢！

中间挖个洞，放一些海鲜进去，再把搅拌好的鸡蛋、面粉、葱、葱叶、胡椒粉、奶酪、芥辣倒在上面拿去烤。

自创呢！

朋友建议说，如果鸡蛋和其它材料一期煎成一片薄薄的，然后把火龙果切一片片，用鸡蛋包主火龙果，就能够吃到各种味道。而且又冷又热。赞啊！

烤排骨则需要一些功夫，不使肉粘在盘底。朋友建议说可以先涂一层油，然后面粉掺水一层铺在油上面。或者把蒜炒先过再垫底也行。
